Returns&Exchange

Each product offered by Vanity&Co. may be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the delivery. It is crucial that the returned merchandise remains unused with original tags, clean and odorless (e.g. no perfume smell).

When returning the merchandise, please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM (link). The form contains a statement regarding the termination of contract. The filled out form should be printed and sent along with the Vanity&Co. product, at own expense to the address given below: Omnipack ul. Ożarowska 40/42, 05-850 Duchnice gm. Ożarów Mazowiecki with postscript ”Return Vanity&Co.”

Each product offered by Vanity&Co. may be exchanged within 14 days from the moment of receiving the delivery. The product may only be exchanged for the same model in a different size or color of your choice. It is crucial that the returned merchandise remains unused with original tags, clean and odorless (e.g. no perfume smell). In order to exchange a Vanity&Co. product please fill out and print the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM (link), which will contain the information regarding the code and name of the exchanged product. The form must be sent to the given e-mail address: contact@vanityand.co. In response we will send you information regarding the availability of other sizes and colors of your chosen product. After being provided with this information (it is tantamount with our agreement to make the exchange), we kindly ask you to send the product along with the printed form to the address given below at your own expense: Omnipack ul. Ożarowska 40/42, 05-850 Duchnice gm. Ożarów Mazowiecki with postscript ”Exchange Vanity&Co.” We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments. After receiving your shipment, we will send you the desired product in the size and color of your choice, within 14 days.

The refund covers the value of the returned product. The price of shipment of the returned product is nonrefundable. The refund of the returned product takes place within 14 calendar days from the moment when the store receives it, provided that it is clean and odorless (e.g. no perfume smell), bearing no signs of use, with all original tags. The refund will be made through a bank transfer to the client’s bank account, specified in the return/exchange form.
