In case of finding manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the product with the placed order, you have the right to make a return.

In such case please attach a filled out return/exchange form (link) to your message and send it to the given e-mail address: contact@vanityand.co. Please specify the time period (4 hour interval), within which you will be able to receive the courier and pass on the returned parcel along with your complaint. In a return e-mail from Vanity&Co. you will receive a confirmation of sending a DPD courier, who will pick up the product in question. We kindly ask you to print out the consignment note attached to our message. It is essential for the courier to pick up the faulty product.

The client has the right to choose the preferred form of return and inform about it in the return/exchange form. Provided choices are: money refund or exchange of the product for a new one. The complaints will be investigated within 14 days from the moment of receiving the delivery with the faulty product. Money refund will be made in the same way as the payment method chosen by you. Important: Lack of proof of purchase excludes the possibility of a return. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
